1 1/2 cups Criso vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
3 cups peeled,diced apples
2 tsp salt
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts and fresh coconut
mix ingredients together
place cake in cold oven
then heat oven to 350 degrees and bake
for 1 hour
TOPPING
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk
In a small saucepan, bring to a boil
pour some over warm cake and wait 5 minutes
spoon rest of topping over cake
